I'm gonna buy a new computer soon, and I need to know what specs are good for GW, and many other games, like CS.

I'm looking for a computer which is not over $900. I know that computers not over $900 is not the BEST computer around, but is still good enough to handle GW. I'm not very rich, so I need a computer that doesn't have the BEST graphics card, processsor, etc., but one enough to handle GW and CS.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would use older, but still capable, hardware with the nForce2 chipset. The motherboards have all the bells and whistles and can be had for just a few bucks (do a search for ASUS A7N8X-Deluxe). Add a gigabyte of RAM (even 512 should be enough for GW if you want to go really cheap) and some Radeon 9600 should be fine enough (but no SE, either plain or XT). With an 80GB HDD a DVD burner and a CRT, you should get close to $700 and still be fine.
